We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid a 50% charge. Appointments that are missed without cancellation will result in a 100% charge to the card with which the appointment was booked.

For color transformations exceeding a 3 hour appointment time, we require a 50% deposit upon booking. Transformation appointments rescheduled or canceled under 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
