Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid a 50% charge. Appointments that are missed without cancellation will result in a 100% charge to the card with which the appointment was booked.
For color transformations exceeding a 3 hour appointment time, we require a 50% deposit upon booking. Transformation appointments rescheduled or canceled under 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
To cancel your appointment, please follow the cancellation link provided in your confirmation Email. To reschedule, please cancel your existing appointment and book again for your desired time.
